I offer automatic mortgage calculation with all my listings. The default
parameters include a 30 year mortgage term with a 20% down payment. The
interest rate is an average rate quoted locally and is updated as rates change.
On the individual listing display pages you will notice a suggested payment (in RED) just
below the price.
CLICK this link and a mortgage calculator will pop up (in a small browser window) to the upper left of your
screen allowing you to input your specific mortgage parameters. You may change
the Price, Down payment, Mortgage Period, and Interest Rate.
The estimated monthly payment DOES NOT INCLUDE, TAXES, INSURANCE OR OTHER
MONTHLY PAYMENTS INCLUDED WITH A SPECIFIC MORTGAGE.
