  When selling a home, there are many details that need to be addressed. I am the Realtor that will give you 110% on everything I do and make the selling process a smooth transaction. 1. PROFESSIONAL BROCHURES - All homes no matter the price or size will have a brochure. Brochures include photos of your home, features of your property and a computer drafted floor plan. Copies are left in the home for prospective buyers to take and is also uploaded on my website.

2. ON-LINE VIRTUAL TOURS - Specialized photography of your entire home allows potential buyers to tour your home anytime.

3. MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE - Effective marketing involves making sure not only does the general public know about your property, but also all the real estate agents in the area. We use the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) system, which is used by virtually 100% of all Realtors to maximize your property's exposure.

4. SELLING STRATEGIES - I will give you a list of small but helpful hints to make your home more desirable to prospective buyers and help generate a quicker sale.

5. ADVERTISING - Your home will be advertised in print media and on the Internet. Some of the print media I use are Florida Today Homefinder, Homes and Land, The Real Estate Book and The Space Coast Exchange. In addition your home is posted on my website and some of the print media's web sites.
