If I were to focus on one main point in real estate, I would have to say that listening to people, hearing what their needs are, and following through is the heart of the business that I love so much.
My philosophy of being an active listener has apparently paid off. After moving to Florida from southern Illinois, I entered the real estate field in 1984. Specializing in Corporate Relocation and Waterfront properties has given me the opportunity to meet many people coming into the area. I not only assist my clients in buying, selling, or renting, but also help with personal needs by referring them to physicians, mortgage brokers, banks, CPAs, decorators, hairdressers, restaurants and more.
I market homes of all sizes in all price ranges and ALL my clients receive the same attentive treatment and marketing strategies. I do everything possible to sell their home at the best price!
